Digital Products (Crochet Patterns)
- Instant Download: After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a download link on the order confirmation page and in your order confirmation email.
- All Sales Final: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on digital downloads.
- Technical Issues: If you encounter any issues, such as receiving the wrong file or experiencing technical difficulties with the download, please contact us at help@cutevilletoys.com. We’ll be happy to assist and provide the correct file as needed.
Physical Products (Crochet Toys)
- Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! Physical items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition and packaging.
- Exchanges for Defects: Exchanges are available only for physical items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at help@cutevilletoys.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For safe handling, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
- Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Damages and Issues
- Inspection upon Reception: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping Information for Physical Products
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs apply only to physical products and are based on the item’s weight. To view your shipping price, simply add items to your cart and use our Shipping Calculator at checkout.
Refund Process
- Approved returns of physical items will be processed once we receive and inspect the product. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
